I remember it all like a dream,
\nhow slowly we crumbled,
\nwaking after long sleep,<\/p>\n

standing, stretching as the city
\ngrew and changed,
\nsliding into rubble at the end.<\/p>\n

Having spent five months living in Australia, <\/em>Steve Klepetar<\/strong> has had two summers, which leaves him both sunburned and confused. \u00a0This poem is from his upcoming print chapbook from <\/em>One Sentence Poems.<\/p>\n
