I introduce poetry
\nas one would introduce
\na past love\u2014<\/p>\n

timidly,
\nwith poise and appreciation\u2014<\/p>\n

but it is difficult to convince
\nthose searching eyes<\/p>\n

that anything worth doing
\nis worth doing right<\/p>\n

when the only thing that sells<\/p>\n

comes in fifty shades.<\/p>\n
