garden party,
among partners
& husbands
& wives
& boyfriends
& girlfriends,
and a
couple of
bees pollinating
butterfly bushes,
and a
pear tree
bearing fruit
in pairs,
I take
comfort from
a
lone
marigold
showing
her
brave
face
among
the
weeds.
